on your computer, when you are in the folder containing the picture, select "view" and then "filmstrip" (the folder should be all pictures). When you select the picture, there are four buttons below its display. Two are for navigating between different pictures, and the other two are for rotating the picture.
Alternatively, right-click on the picture and choose "open with" then select Paint. Press Ctrl-r and tell it how you would like the picture rotated.
There is a similar command in whatever program you normally use to edit pictures\
I cannot figure out how to rotate this; I've tried everything I can think of.

As a last resort, rotate your monitor ;)
